Both AR and VR experiences are designed to be deployed to the majority of iOS and Android devices, performance being optimized accordingly. It’s a challenge for our engineers, but we believe every user should be able to enjoy the future of shopping right now.

Computer Vision

Mixing virtual and true reality requires that our phones understand what they are seeing. We achieve this goal using simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) to let people explore a virtual world. We also use object recognition to display information over everyday items!

Big Data & Machine Learning

Data is historically associated with computers and mobile phones. Physical spaces are the new frontier and Coolhobo intends to collect the vast amounts of data, process and analyze them to drive optimized business decision making. By transforming every square meter, every shelf, every product in a new source a data, CoolHobo creates a real-time 3D map of any indoor physical place. It’s not the AR cloud yet, but we’re getting there.
